I am suspecting that a lot of the overpriced listings I tracked last year are going to pop back up as foreclosed homes. Listings like this one that I blogged about last year (it was originally listed at $815k! HA! Click link for details).

I actually stopped by and peered in. It needs mucho work and is small. The backyard is below Beverly Glen and noisy. The photo looks cute but it is very disappointing. Maybe 499K?

The back street is beverly glen and it's really noisy.
It needs alot of work.
the land scaping needs a lot of work too.I guess maybe 450K,in this crazy economy.
