Anyhoo, I was shocked at the price reduction for a Studio City house in the hills, especially one so large and with at least a smidge of charm. If my budget was anywhere near $700,000, I would definitely be visiting. When I saw it on ziprealty, I thought of you immediately, Kate.

The address is North Coldwater Canyon, not South Coldwater Canyon.
Ummmmm...... this house is now priced at $1,199k. What is going on with the pricing?
