Yes, it's nice. But it looks like a hotel, not a home. Then again, that's what the interior design magazines have been passing off as 'decorating' for the last 10 years.

I've driven past the house a couple of times and it does appear to be a notch above most of the spec building you see. Property Website

It will be interesting to find out what this property ultimately sales for. It just seems way too high for the area, hell you can buy Samuel's old place for about half of this house.

My guess is they have about $5.5M into this. I'll go on record saying the final sales price is 6.5-6.75.

Incidentally, if this house isn't to your liking there's a similar one off of Encino for even more money. I haven't seen this one in person, but from the website it doesn't look as nice as the Amestoy house. You have to admire their cojones in the listing...
"RED nearly 3 million$ for immediate sale" First of all, is it too much to ask the agent to spell out Reduced? "RED" vs. "Reduced"-- four freakin' keystrokes.

In any case it's hard to imagine someone plopping down an extra $500K to buy this house instead of the one on Amestoy. I think this one is going to be on the market for a looong time.
