This spaceship going for 800k... Makes me wonder whether there are problems with retaining walls, minor landslides messing up the foundation, or other nasty stuff...
Like emil said, there's got to be something wrong. Either that, or they left out a 1 in the front of that price. It seems too good to be true.
according to redfin, it's been on the market for almost 6 months.
there may be something wrong with it, but not necessarily. from what i hear it's a mixed area, with some gang activity down the hill. lots of creative folks around. surrounding properties range from the 500s to the 800s, with recent sales in the upper 600s.
i think it's simply stalled like the rest of the market.
