Really? Your house went up a quarter million this year?

I'm not exactly sure what's up with this Zestimate. I know that Zillow relies on algorythms and things fluctuate and so forth ... but this has got to be a function of them letting homeowners manipulate the data. Because, seriously, no house has seen that kind of change since January '08.

Anyhoodle, here's the listing:

$550k if it sells this summer, $480 in December if Kate's right about the market turning back up again then.

Cheers!

Is Terry the real estate agent on this property? Or smoking bongloads with the owner of this property?
