This old, poor little hovel may be worth $350. Sorry, this flopped flip is depressing, Sherman Oaks or not.

The bank owns it too. Note the pretty green pool water, flipper “upgrades”, and flooring on the WALL. $350k is generous.

I went to go see this house. What a crock. The pool is the entire back yard. Even if it was $350, I couldn't live there. And to top it all off, you step onto the front stoop and you can hear the majestic sound of the raging 101 freeway. I'd might buy it for $200 and rent it out. Otherwise, the bank can keep it!
