"Crashin' Square" is more like it. (The 1-Month Update)

As of 7/2/07, the Zip map below showed all the homes for sale between $800k and $900k in a little pocket neighborhood (the "Fashion Square" district) in Sherman Oaks. On 7/2, there were 12 homes in this neighborhood in the $800k range. I'm counting the area as bound by Hazeltine and Fulton, Magnolia and Riverside. As you know, I felt this was/is the most over valued neighborhood in Sherman Oaks and most poised for a crash. Click to enlarge any map.

Well, it's been a month since I posted the original map. So how many homes are listed in the $800k price range now? Just six five. See below.

But that doesn't mean the $800k homes sold. Only three Seven went inactive but there are no sale records for six of the seven. The remaining listings are now priced in the $700k $600k to $700k range as shown in the map below and as further detailed at the bottom of this post.
